How do I participate in this promotion?

You will have to visit any participating outlet (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores) in the Philippines and purchase any of the specially marked PROMIL ® promotional packs. Participating Products include PROMIL ® 2.4kg and PROMIL Gold ® Four 2.4kg. 

After making the purchase, you will need to locate the QR code on the pack and scratch the Unique participation code stamped inside the box.

Simply scan the QR code or visit https://wingiftedrewards.com, fill in your personal details, unique participation code and upload receipt.

Entries and receipts will be verified within 2 business days. Upon verification, you will receive a confirmation email with the rewards page link and steps on how to claim your reward.

Where can I purchase the qualifying product(s) to participate in this promotion?

Any supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, drug stores, ecommerce shops in the Philippines Nationwide that sell specially marked Promotional Packs of PROMIL ® Four 2.4kg or PROMIL GOLD ® Four 2.4kg.
Who can qualify in this promotion?

This promotion is open to Philippine residents at the time of entry, aged 18 years old and above.

Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

Any employees of the Organizer and the Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promo), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.
When does the Promotion start and end?
The promotion period starts on 12:00am (Philippine Time) 1 May 2025. Redemption Period starts from 12:00am June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on 31 October 2025.

Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant can purchase the promoted qualifying Promil pack in the stores. 


When does the Redemption period start and end?

The promotion period starts on 12:00am (Philippine Time) 1 May 2025. Redemption Period starts from 12:00am June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on 31 October 2025.

Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying Promil pack within the promo period, enters their code and uploads receipt to collect and select their rewards voucher.  
May I participate in this promotion more than once?

Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Promil® product. Only one (1) unique participation code is valid for one (1) entry in the Participation Form.

If you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Promil® product within a receipt, you may upload the same receipt following the number of total unique participation code(s) you have. We will then verify your entry accordingly.
How will I know if my reward claim is successful or unsuccessful?

Upon submission of your entry, our customer service team will validate your receipt within 2 business days, you will then receive an email confirming your entry.

If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards page link to visit and browse to choose and redeem your reward. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

Is there a validation process?

Yes, once you have successfully uploaded your receipt, our customer service team will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email from us. You may reach out to our customer service team if there any issues, questions, or concerns.
What kind of size and format do you accept when uploading Receipt Photos?

The Participation Form accepts photos uploaded in JPG, PNG, and PDF format. Please note, we do not accept HEIC (High Efficiency Image format) often found in IPhone software.

The maximum limit of the Photo Size that will be accepted when uploading your Receipt is 5MB.
What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?
 If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below applies.

• Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear
• Date of purchase - must be between 12:00am 1 May 2025 to 11:59pm 31 October 2025
• Products - must be participating Promil® products. 

Do I need to retain my unique participation code and physical receipt?

It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your physical receipt as proof of purchase and the unique participation code that is located on the Promil® pack, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.
Can I exchange my reward?

No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale.
Until when can I redeem? Does my Rewards Voucher have an expiration date?

Yes, The Rewards Voucher has an expiration date. Each Rewards Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of when you claim your Reward Voucher (date specified on the voucher) or until 30 November 2025, whichever comes first.

What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?

If you have misplaced your reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s), kindly contact our promotional helpline at contact@wingiftedrewards.com or give us a call at 1800 1550 0027 between 9:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays and Philippine public holidays that fall on weekends) throughout the promotion period.

I cannot find the QR code and/or the unique participation code on the promotional PROMIL ® products. What do I do?
